Free Meditation Training Every Thursday

Do you want to learn to meditate to take advantage of its many benefits?


Soji Zen Center is offering free meditation training every Thursday at 6:30pm. During the training, you’ll receive 30 minutes of individualized instruction and learn:

  1. How to select a sitting posture (chair, kneeling, etc.) that is best for you.
  2. How to adjust your sitting posture so you are balanced, comfortable, and relaxed.
  3. How to manage your thoughts and breathing.
  4. How to do the various types of walking meditation.

After your training is completed, you will have the opportunity to practice sitting and walking meditation with other new and experienced meditators. You will also have the opportunity to ask additional questions after the sitting periods are over.
